This wine tour is awesome! My boyfriend and I (we are 36 and 40) debated between a public tour and a private tour, we are so glad we went private. We had done larger tours previously and decided we wanted a different experience. Our host (JB) was very accommodating and took care of every need we had. He greeted us with champagne and there were plenty of snacks/drinks in the vehicle (sorry we ate you out of house and home). Hanging out with him all day was like hanging out with a friend, he was so knowledgeable and fun to spend time with. He really went the extra mile for a custom experience and ensuring we got to do/see/taste everything that was on our bucket list. Also, for those wondering about the lunch option, you get to pick from the menu at one of the wineries you visit, thus, all palates will be accommodated. After paying for a tour for seven members of my family, I feel extremely disappointed. We chose Elevated Sedona Wine Tours expecting a premium, curated experience as advertised, but what we received was far from it. While the van was comfortable and the driver competent, the experience felt like nothing more than a glorified taxi service.

On top of that, we had to pay for every single wine tasting at three different locations, which made the overall cost feel excessive and unjustified.

The tour was also advertised as lasting 6-7 hours, but we only received 5 hours, further diminishing the value of the experience. When we expressed our concerns to the tour guide, her dismissive response—"Next time, drive yourself"—was unprofessional and insulting.

This tour did not deliver on its promises, and it is absolutely not worth the cost. I cannot recommend it to anyone, and I strongly urge the company to reevaluate its offerings and customer service to provide the value it...

We had the most amazing experience with Elevated Wine Tours, and a huge part of that was thanks to Lisa! From the very beginning, she was incredibly professional, warm, and welcoming. What really stood out, though, was how accommodating and flexible she was when we had to make a last-minute schedule change with less than 24 hours’ notice. She handled it with such grace and understanding, which made all the difference for our group.
