My family and extended families chose Sedona as a central vacation spot because we enjoy the beautiful town and the hiking trails that are everywhere. I had no idea that the house we all shared would be such a highlight. The views from the home was nothing short of stunning. The first night of star watching from the hot tub was better than I had seen in years. The light pollution around where we live makes it all but impossible to see more than a few stars at night. But apparently Sedona has a limit on the amount of lights that are allowed and that combined with this homes location made it ideal for stargazing. It was luxuries upon luxuries. I knew it was going to be upscale however to see the thought that went into things that could have been overlooked, it was nice to see it hadn't as well of upgrades we didn't think of. The amount of kitchen appliances available was fantastic as we love cooking and having enough dinner ware to not worry about running out was very nice. We had about 20 people all together and it never felt crowded or cramped. I have no idea how big it is but it was HUGE! Everyone loved the ping pong and yard sized chess set. In short the home is so beautiful and the views were better than all imagined. Windows everywhere. The one in the master bedroom had to be the length of the wall. We had a friendly Javalina visit and all the pics are from the location. It was hard to leave to enjoy the city and sad to leave at the end of our stay. We will be back. No doubt about that.

I had the best vacation at this Airbnb. Highly recommend you use this website before any others! Our home was spacious! It was clean, close to everything, Sedona. We had so much fun playing games, relaxing, cooking, and just being together! Sedona is such a wonderful yet enlightening experience for all!

Heaven right here in Arizona! We stayed at the Sedona Dream Estate from July 24th through July 26th with a few of our closest friends and had the BEST time. The house is GORGEOUS - beautifully decorated with views galore! The neighborhood is quiet, yet just off the main strip in town, close to shops and restaurants. The house was spotless (professionally cleaned according to CDC standards) with all the amenities you could ask for; fully stocked kitchen, super comfy beds, a relaxing jacuzzi and plenty of room for the whole family - even a separate casita with its own entrance. Forget your shampoo? No problem! There's extras! Low on towels? There's tons of fresh, clean towels in all the bathrooms and hall closet. And if you need to wash some clothes, well, there's a full sized washer and dryer available, too. Did I mention the views? It's like staying in a postcard! Sit on the deck just outside the master bedroom and watch the sunrise. Take a soak in the jacuzzi under the stars. Play a game of giant chess in the back yard. There's even a putting green for golf fans. I would highly recommend the Sedona Dream Estate for a quick get away or long-term stay. Can't wait to go back!

We stayed at Bellissimo from 5.19.25 to 5.22.25. The home was great when we checked in. Very clean and in a nice neighborhood. Very quiet with beautiful views. This is our 2nd vacation rental home with Sedona.org. While the home was spacious, it’s best asset was mainly the views. The bathrooms were quite outdated. The water pressure in the shower was low. It was great to have two master bedrooms though. Unfortunately, the skylight in one of the master bedrooms was super bright when the sun came up about 5am. This made it impossible to sleep. You couldn’t see the stars at night either. A simple and relatively inexpensive screen would do so much. Additionally, that room got really hot with the afternoon sun and had no ceiling fan, but they did provide box fans. The other master had a ceiling fan, but it only came on at one speed, so that was annoying. The refrigerator worked but is old. The kitchen could use some updates. The microwave worked, but was cheap. The grill was great for us as two people, but if you had a larger family/group staying there, you’d only be able to BBQ a few items at a time. We appreciated the backyard being 100% fenced and our dog enjoyed that too! The hot tub was nice as well. The patio furniture sofa pillows were faded and uncomfortable. They looked dirty. They could use a gate to block off the stairs that lead to the bottom floor for kids and pets. It would also be nice if they could also add some board games/cards, etc. The foosball table was fun to play. They also had alot of books available. We found two tiny mice in the home on day 2 of our getaway. We called the number (it was after 5pm) and I left a voicemail that I wasn’t pleased. We did not receive a call back that night and it was quite unnerving knowing they were running around at night. So again, the next morning, I called after 7am and got an individual who said something like “oh I was going to call you this morning”. I was thinking this was a major priority, but apparently, they didn’t. They said they’d send maintenance who came out and put traps in the kitchen. They explained how Sedona has bugs, rodents, etc. They were very nice, but maybe try an exterminator? Overall, we had...

I'm writing a review about a property on 656 Jordan Rd, Suite 207 Sedona, AZ 86336 where my husband and I recently stayed. The reason I am writing the review here is because this is the only place where my concerns can be stated because of the brief submission window. We recently stayed at this property in mid September 2025. Upon arrival, the property was clean. However I feel, the description of the property was overblown. There is no kitchen or kitchenette. There is only a coffee maker, a small microwave, and a beverage refrigerator. There is no sink other than the bathroom sink. Our stay lasted for approximately 4 days and the only amenity to our satisfaction was the location. The coffee maker never worked despite being replaced twice, so each day we arose to make coffee only to have to deal with broken machines. So all of our purchased water and creamer had to be tossed or was wasted. The bathroom, while showy, was weirdly outfitted, in my opinion, because the choice was between a rainshower head or a handheld one that could only be affixed at waste level. The bathroom door was a large piece of glass that never closed properly because there was no latch/clasp. The bed is next to the door when you enter the rental. One of the most annoying things, besides none of the three coffee machine working, was that because of the awkwardly hanging bathroom door, it was a nuisance to keep it closed so that you didn't run into it. I've never seen anything like it. It was very strange and inconvenient. A fancy outdoor patio that, if used, would probably require some take out for food or some kind of refrigerator that was accommodating for food to cook or store. It was great to look at, but as useful. Our first time in AZ and Sedona, and, in our opinion, we would have faired better by staying at a hotel with a closing door, room service, and free coffee. We toughed it out, but was never comfortable. It seems like some effort went into this place. I gave it two stars because each morning when we discovered yet again a broken coffee machine, they came to replace it quickly even though it was with another...

Staying at Sedona Skydance was perfection! With ample space for the 6 of us, we were able to spend time together in the common areas or find solitude in a bedroom. Skydance is cozy and comfortable with modern amenties all around. In fact, I think it is even more beautiful in person than the pictures show. The kitchen has all top notch appliances with extras: LOADS of cutlery, plates, glassware, mugs so you aren't washing everything every time you use them; excellent small appliances; large and small pots, pans, bowls; salad spinner; additional wine/beer/soda fridge, large portable, easy to carry cooler to stay hydrated while you explore Sedona! You'll need water for those hikes to Submarine Rock, Broken Arrow or Twin Buttes. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are lovely with great water pressure, all the soap/shampoo/conditioner you need, plus hairdryers, curling iron and flat iron. Makes packing for this trip so much easier knowing I could leave those things home. Share your meals at the large kitchen table, generous island or out back on the patio. Relax in the hot tub or inside with the gas fireplace turned on. All light switches are labeled easily so you know what works for what. (If you have rented other places before you know how that can be a challenge.) Beautiful and delicious restaurants (Mariposa, for one) nearby along with great shops in Sedona. Tlaquepaque is a must see for great shopping with a feeling that is less touristy and more unique for fun shopping. Plainly, we had a superb experience and vacation in Sedona and staying at Skydance made that even...
