At last, someone who will take the time to listen and explain what is wrong with my computer. Parker is a great and patient technician. In and out in one day and he cleaned up a lot of problems I had created trying to fix the box myself. Highly and totally recommend Sequim Computer Services.

I'm following up with a second review of Sequim Computer Services. My laptop completly failed, battery, harddrive and would not boot up. Parker tried to recover the harddrive information but it was blank. He took time to walk me through what to look for in a new laptop. I will purchase a new machine and he will transfer the content from my tower to the lap top. ALWAYS very helpful and...

Parker is the man...I had my audio/video workstation PC go down this week ..I dropped it off at noon and had it back by 4 the same day with a new C drive and windows reinstalled...( the main drive had failed)...super fast ..super knowledgeable...great communication...more than reasonable prices.

.I had tried one other place here in town about 2 years ago...dude had my computer for 2 weeks and nothing was done! And awful communication...and I ended up doing the fix myself...so lesson learned.

..if you go to anyone else here in sequim ...your an idiot...don't be an idiot like me...go see parker ..and save...

My 2017 MacBook Pro's battery died about a year ago, and I've been running it solely on AC since then. Lately, it has had more power-related problems. I wrote to Parker - CEO/Lead Technician - describing the problems. He responded within minutes & suggested that I needed a new battery, which in turn would probably clear up the other issues. I took the machine in the next morning, he correctly diagnosed the problem, ordered the battery, and installed it. It was ready by mid-afternoon the following day. And at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Sequim Computer Services...
