He Forgot to put the door back on the hinges to my kiddos room, left floor strip with nails on the floor. Did I mention he also DRINKS while he works...went to change clothes while he was on "break"; found BUD BEER CAN in my closet on the top shelf!!!! BTW... He had to leave my house several times to "run home/store to get things for the job. ie. staples & new extension cord??? Also left early on the third day because "his boss called him to go do another job". He said he would be back in 2-3 hours... returned 6 hours later to say he will have to come back Thurs. to finish job!!!

Read moreWe had our basement finished this summer and the contractor used Floors To Go for the wood flooring in the bathroom and in front of the wet bar. Looks amazing. The rest of the basement was carpet. We LOVED the carpet so much, that after our basement was finished, we reached out to them on our own to ask if they can use the same carpet to redo the rest of our house. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Our whole house looks and FEELS amazing now. (Seriously - the carpet is so soft and squishy when you walk on it. Like a cloud.)
