Went there this evening to make a return. The woman at the return counter, (this is the second time I've see her, and she didn't help me then either) couldn't find the item I needed to return even though I had all the paperwork with bar codes. The woman who seemed very slow then told me I didn't buy it from them when I did. She asked to swipe my Kohl's card where I made I purchase from. Then she called a manager, who said they couldn't find the item. I asked can you see it on my credit card transaction history. The manager said no, then why have me swipe my card? Finally, I pulled up the transaction on my phone, which they both proceeded to look at and it went through. The first woman who couldn't help me then put my phone to the side of the counter. I told her that's my phone. She said Oh Ya. Forgetting to return it to me. I thought returns were supposed to be easy. I also paid my bill, probably my last one. I think I'm done with kohl's. I stood in line that was pretty long to finally get my turn for Amazon returns. The girl helping me pick up the phone as soon as someone called and proceeds to stand there for three minutes while I’m waiting once again, it would make sense if you waited your turn in line now it’s your turn and not someone else’s who just called. But to make it worse a register over was is a Somalian lady (a cashier) she’s very young, and a young Somalian man walks in He clearly knows her as he says “oh I just skipped the line” There was at least six people in line. Was not hassled nor looked at weird because most often been followed or hoovered over by associates watching if am doing something not (stealing) Because. Native women and most well all the time when I go there in my work clothes I get the staff following me watching and just unpleasant at times & that being - said I was humbled to be just at peace looking for my Size, am a plus size lady so sometimes I have too search Threw stuff to find my size and they had a good selection for Us big girls.
