First I want to start off by saying I absolutely love the staff here they are always so nice and friendly. But this is the second time I've had issues with this arrons. First time was with my bed that they didnt put together right and broke then it took me to call 3 times for them to send someone out then when they came they didnt bring the boxspring that was broke due to the bed not being put together correctly. They just brought new rails then it took me to call back 2 more times to find out what was going on with the box spring to find out when I called the driver (same person that put the bed together wrong in the first place) did not tell them about the box spring being broke so this was the first time he was told it needed to be replaced finally they did get my bed fixed and put together correctly. 2 years later we go to get a washer bring it home and guess what it doesnt work. Now my clothes I did try to wash are soaking wet (the spin cycle isnt working) and the best they can do is come tomorrow morning. Bought couches from them, paid $600 down. When they delivered them they ripped both my couches and will not come fix them or discount them told me that that's just what we get. Tried to talk to a manager they won't get on the phone with me, and no way to find out who the owner is online. Going to have to go to court to settle it and they can come pick up the ashes of the couches if it comes to it. I told them I had the money to pay them off on spot if they would just come fix them and they told me they were not fixing them nor discounting them at all!!!! I rented a riding lawn mower last year. No problem, this year, it has been unpredictable.. had fellows out, fixed it, mowed again no problem,, break down, they came out second and third time, the they came out again I had to buy a battery..
