I had my desktop and laptop serviced. The annual check-up for my desktop and some fixes for the laptop. And under a very tight deadline for me. I received the same great service! As a matter of fact, I would have to copy-and-paste my previous review (see below) to describe my experience with them! Five stars in all categories again. ................................................................................................................

Everyone is great. A cordial, personable receptionist. Shane, the owner, is just as personable. And professional. And knows computers and and computer technology. He answers all my questions and he never makes me feel foolish or "dumb'. And his technicians -- I was helped by Jim and Rini too the last time in August '24 -- are very professional and "absolutely know their stuff" too. And they're very nice too.

I'll go back to Shane and his company if I have a computer question or problem in the future. Because, based on my interactions with him, I believe that he's a man of integrity and runs his business that way. And it's a pleasure - and very comforting - to have a man like that solving my computer problems for me.

The team at Computer Gurus saved the day when my laptop died on me during a busy workday, and they were able to get me up and running again! They also came to our real estate office to troubleshoot the internet connections in some of the offices and set up some new much-needed IT equipment that we kept meaning to get to but never had time to figure it out. Shane even had the tools to help us setup the front desk office administrator’s system where the connections were not easily accessible. The folks at Computer Gurus are really nice people. But don't be fooled, they are also very smart. They have great equipment, they use products that work. I had a night mare situation a couple years back. I had a life long business relationship with Brand X. When I needed help, the bureaucracy at Brand X, to get help, was overwhelming.
