After reading other reviews, I called my dispatch to find me another load Already been here for at least an hour and a half and hasn’t been assigned a dock yet
Just asked the shipping guy if my product is ready, and he said yes He said he’ll get me in as soon as another truck leaves the dock Just talked to another driver in the dock. He got in the dock at 130 pm and three hours later, nothing is loaded yet
Shipping guy is promising to get me in the dock in the next half hour or so I wonder how he’s gonna do it with the trucks in the docks haven’t loaded yet!
He said that once I am in the dock, it’s another half hour to finish loading
Explained to the shipping guy that I got about 36 hours to travel over 1300 miles to a DC in Orlando
How am I gonna make it there on time if I am still held up here ??!!
He said he understands??!!
458 pm one truck moved It looks like shift change No progress regarding what the shipping guy mentioned an hour ago
615 pm, I get a call from the shipping guy asking if I was still in Shawnee?? Told him I was going to the Walmart
He gave me door 9 and told me to take my time
731 pm, I called him but no answer
Asked if I should drop the trailer in door 9, so I could go back to Walmart, and wait for them to call me when loaded, or wait till it’s loaded
He mentioned he’ll let me know after he confirms with the guy fixing the forklift
850 pm got my paperwork and instructions to go scale
924 pm finally done
Will post lessons...

Directions --You will see a big white sign off Farrall Street that says MAIN TRUCK ENTRANCE (picture). Turn there onto Bell St. Do not try to turn onto Bell from 7th bc the bridge is too low. You will drive almost up to that bridge (from Farrall) and look for a sign that says SCALES pointing to the left (picture). Drive onto the scale and check in. My load was at building 7. The docks were full when I arrived and other trucks were waiting. The shipping office for that building isn't clearly marked. It just says EMPLOYEES ONLY (picture). Ring the bell and provide PU#
Took 5 hours the first time I picked up a load. Guy in truck next to me was there 3 hours before me. They are scheduling way more loads than they have the ability to handle, I think. However, on my second trip it was a reasonable 2 hours.
There is a restroom near the scale. The scale personnel will provide an accurate ticket, so you won't need to find a CAT. Trucks can spend the night in the large gravel lot, but you will have to endure the hourly "whistle", which is...

This place has no organization, it's a complete disaster!
I've heard that many of the products that are going to be delivered are made the same day, so if they have to load 5 dry vans and they go with the same product, they give different appointments time but they make the product that day, for that reason you can be there even 12 hours or more!
I've heard that sometimes the machine breaks down and there have been drivers who have been there for almost 24 hours. I will never been there again, it's on the blacklist forever!
By the way, many brokers know this situation, but they won't tell you the truth They'll act like they don't know anything, when you hear about a place in Shawnee Oklahoma, it's probably this place. So, run...
