I wasn't greeted when I came in by the two employees standing behind the counter. The next customer was greeted and assisted. It wasn't until the person who was in the back came up to make her purchase was I even acknowledged as being in the store. Then the two who didn't greet me made it clear that I was taking too much time while the third actually was pleasant and very helpful.

I asked several questions about the items in the catalog that I had received as an email today. Despite the other two being less than helpful the third employee was very courteous and determined to make my experience a good one. I was so excited when I saw this location had Halloween decorations so I popped in to just look at what they had. Their selection was awesome, the store is beautiful but what made me kinda sad was how the workers were towards me. No one said a word to me while I was in the store, which wouldn’t be a huge deal if it weren’t for the rude looks I was being given by the workers. Sure I look different, but that shouldn’t determine how you treat any one and it really made me never want to go in again if I’m just going to be stared at but not spoken to. I like hallmark, but this particular location for some reason likes to treat patrons as if they are common thieves.

One incident I was with my child buying a toy , I paid at the register got my receipt. While walking out of the front door and elderly woman employee asked if I need to be rang up for my item!

Today I was with my child buying a birthday present, I asked if we could use the restroom after purchasing my item. They said they do not have public restrooms because of shop lifters! I had to run to price chopper with my daughter to use the restroom. I may not shop...
