Pro Fitness is 100x better than The Rock. New equipment and lots of it. Things get done by staff. They take care of needs, requests and concerns. Equipment is clean. The gym is clean. Definitely a full turn around. The Rock really went down hill. A MAJOR safety problem, in all aspects. Issues with equipment and members are taken care of right away. People that cause fights in the gym are tossed out immediately, literally. (Thats usually after a warning or two depending on the circumstance). Great Gym with amazing equipment. Ive been to gyms all over the country and this gym is up there in equipment. Middle aged women with glasses working the front desk will talk to you like you’re a child and does not realize setting down weights will make noise even if you're not slamming! Out of all the gyms I have been too (even planet fitness) I’ve never once had someone come up to me and tell me I need to set down weights more quiet…..Until...

Excellent facility for any workout regimen. Clean and well-organized. Friendly, helpful staff. 24 hours with very competitive membership cost. Thankful that "Preach" allows us to work out here at the ALWS each year when we are back. Best gym I have ever been in-- and I'll qualify that with the fact that over 20 years in the military, I have worked out in gyms all over the country. BEST EQUIPPED FITNESS...
