I come here all the time and never have had this horrible of an experience. I got a mobile order for 3 drinks. I was the only car in the drive thru and arrived at the scheduled time, but then proceeded to wait 10 minutes for my drinks at the window. I don’t know if it’s new employees but whoever the guy was working at 4:30pm on Saturday February 1st at the window had horrible customer service. When I first told them I had an order he just said “Ok.” and I wasn’t even told to pull up or anything so I just drove to the window after 10-15 seconds. He handed me one drink that was dripping everywhere and spilled all over my pants, then proceeded to wipe his hands on my napkins and then hand them to me… Later found out there was a huge crack in the cup leaking into my car. Waited 5 minutes after that for a caramel macchiato.. but was given a drink with no caramel?? I asked for “extra caramel” and there was not ONE DROP in my drink other than a drizzle on the cold foam. Tasted nothing like it’s supposed to. I get it all the time and sometimes it’s better than others but NEVER this bad!! I paid over $7 for a drink that wasn’t even correct. I have a photo of my usual order and that’s with the extra caramel and then my order today with none below (You can tell which one I got today.) Read moreI normally do not leave reviews however I think it time that I leave one for this location. Every single time I go to this location they are out of something or they mess up my order. I always get the Medicine Ball, which is a hot tea made with two different tea's with peppermint and honey. They are either out of one of tea's, or the most common one, out of peppermint. When they do happen to have all the ingredients I tell hem how many pumps of honey or peppermint and they will switch up the number and give me more peppermint when I ask for more honey. The drinks are not cheap and it would be great if they would have the ingredients that go into the drinks, and fix them them the way you order them. Whomever is in charge of purchasing is not doing a very good job they are consistently out of peppermint and the sleeves that go over the cups when you purchase a hot drink. I think I will stop going to this location, because they just don't seem to have there...
Read moreKudos to Starbucks for normally providing a great experience no matter where I am in the country, but for the first time I was really disappointed. I waited for nine minutes (along with others in line) to even have someone acknowledge my presence, even after a couple attempts to catch someone's attention. I understand everyone was busy with orders, etc, but to not even have anyone say, "I'll be right with you" was a little rude. Three of the four people in line with me eventually gave up and left. Once my order was taken, I was looking forward to the warm drink and sweet treat to offset the agitation. Unfortunately, the hot chocolate - which is normally yummy - was like someone spilled burnt coffee and hot chocolate grit into muddy water. I do not exaggerate. The cranberry bliss bar was the only saving grace! When I once again found it impossible to get someone's attention to possibly redo the drink, I simply left. I will not be going back to this...
