Normally I think Gillman home center is the best place to get a propane refill but after today I’m going to find somewhere else to fill my propane. I went in and was ignored by the cashier as she was asking a customer in front of me personal questions after the completion of their transaction. When the customer stepped aside the cashier was very rude asking me “do you need something?” When I informed her I was there for a propane refill she used a walk-in talkie to let someone know that I was there for propane and then I waited over 30 minutes for an employee before I went back in to see the employees standing around talking to each other. After I informed them again that I needed propane they acknowledged me and I went back outside where I waited another 15 minutes for help before I left. While shopping roofing materials this evening, staff at rental desk continually threw around f bombs. When challenged that this was extremely unprofessional (with kids likely in earshot), and asked to speak with manager, they all looked at me like I was from another planet, and were quick to dismiss my concerns.
