By far the most horrible retail experience I have ever had. I tried to exchange a purse that my son had bought me four days before. The purse had never been used, tags were still attached and I had my receipt. I wanted to exchange for a different color. Even though it was the same purse style, same original price, the purse was on sale Monday, so I was going to be charged more to exchange the purse on Friday. Which did not make since to me. It was an even exchange. She insisted it was their policy. So I questioned the policy on returning without a receipt, "you would get store credit for the current sale price" ok....... So I asked for my receipt back, and I wanted to exchange the purse without a receipt, making it an even exchange. I was told no, she wouldn't do that because I already presented a receipt. The employees in this store is childish, snobby, and bully's. They REFUSED to take care of the customer, even when the customer is right, just because they think they have the authority to do so. I was even mocked on my way out by another employee. I called the store manager the next day, and she told me to come back and they would exchange the purse for me. Nice, of her huh? But I never once received an apology. Even when I went to exchange it. The manager was cold, and not delightful at all! Read moreI did shop here with a friend. I was looking to purchase a new handbag. The store was very tidy and clean. The items for sale were displayed good and neatly. They were running a sale on certain items and had the offer appropriately displayed with its respective products. The employee was most kindhearted and helpful making good suggestions about the handbags and pros/cons of each style. I was there for awhile deciding what handbag worked best for me. I never felt hurried or rushed in anyway I was allowed to look to my hearts content. Opening and closing checking out the inside pockets and length of arm straps or satchel handles, there was lots of handbags to choose from with different pockets and/or dividers. The salesperson was very patient and helpful. They all were following Covid recommendations. It was a good place to shop and I enjoyed my experience and felt good about the time I spent deciding which handbag was it. I would gladly recommend this business to anyone who needs this type of product. I would also return to shop here again if or when I need another handbag.
