When you come to SV you are getting authentic brands, no knock off crap. You can order off line all day long if you want to but you're gonna have to pay shipping too and not to mention play that waiting game on vape mail. Mervin Prater has always valued his customers. Okay, so I drove from Harrisburg, PA to Shelbyville, TN for a business trip aprox 745 miles with a burnt coil. EVERYONE here is very knowledgeable about vapes. I was so impressed with the way I was greeted. They are very friendly, great customer service. They really hooked me up considering I've never been there before. I'm a truck driver, I've been all over this country and there isn't an interstate I haven't traveled. However, this is one of the best places to buy your vape products. I’ve been here a few times and I don’t know how this place has such good reviews honestly. The staff is often rude along with being very condescending and inattentive. Honestly I don’t care that much about customer service as long as the store makes up for it. However, the store itself has a pretty low variety and what it does have is double, and sometimes triple, what you would pay online or at other places. They often have no idea what they are talking about and just try and sell you whatever at absurd prices. The juice they have is not very nice quality and again, for the price you pay there’s much better out there.
