Burger King — Restaurant in Shelbyville

Used to be my favorite fast food but the service has been horrible the last 2 years, they can't get anything right! Even if you go in and make sure, it's normally still wrong! I made the BIG mistake of NOT checking my food before I left but figured the ticket was right and I told them it had been 6 months since I've been there and for the SAME reason! I ordered a #8 without tomato, add cheese, add onion. Well guess what I didn't get! No onion, no cheese (charged me) and the lettuce is sub-par and shouldn't be wilted and brown by the time it took me to get home (7 minutes). I worked 14hrs today in a VERY hot factory and honestly wanted a small treat from my once favorite place. The ONLY thing that was right was there was no tomatoes. Now tell me again how 7 minute drive can make the lettuce nasty and the chicken not even warm! Want to see...

It's really sad to see this Burger King go down the way it has. Went thru the drive-up window to save time, placed order, so far so good. Ended up waiting for close to 15 minutes behind one car in line. The girl at the window kept going back and forth talking to the customer each time she opened the window. Needless to say I was starting to get very irritated. Finally got to the window to pick up my food, after leaving the window and pulled out on 44, 😡😡😡 my food was stoned cold!!! The cheese on the whopper wasn't even melted!! Looked like they just slapped the cheese on right before handing it out the damn window!!🤬🤬🤬. It wouldn't have made me furious, just pissed instead, but it's something different every time I have gone there for quite awhile now. I don't go near as much to this particular Burger King. EDITIED: this place has turned in to a complete disaster with no regard for what they are serving their customers. undercooked and old food being served are now the norm here and i would tell anyone to STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY. disgusting.

i asked them to cook my impossible whopper well done if it wasn't too much trouble, and they did. the fries were piping hot right out of the fryer. the dining area is always clean and 9.9 times out of 10 my food is just right, which is awesome because i only have this as a treat about once a month. a welcomed experience in shelbyville where many of the fast food...
