I’ve been a customer of T-Mobile Home Internet for over two years since it became available in this area. It was fine the last two years however the last couple months it’s downright awful. Sometimes it doesn’t work at all for long periods of time. All T-Mobile does is make excuses.. tower is down, congestion, tower maintenance is being done. They just read from a script & tell you service will get better but it never does. Ive even had one customer service agent say “what do you expect, it’s T-Mobile” I’d warn against purchasing it unless you want to live in the stone ages because it will not work consistently ever!
