Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Shenandoah

We moved from Montgomery and used to go to the B dubs in Conroe all the time and had a great time, we also like the one on 2920 and in college station. So after moving to the woodlands, i'm a coach and teacher in the area we decided to hit up this one. The first time me and my family along with my parents sat down and the experience was not too bad. The waitress was not very friendly and looked like she wanted to be some where else but the food was fast and delicious. We were sitting in the bar area at a table top. So the second time my family and I went on 60 cent boneless Thursday night. We had gotten out late and wanted to eat out instead of cooking then home for the kids to get to bed at a half way decent hour. We say in the dining room area at a booth. When the waitress came it seemed like it was going to be a decent dinner, she seemed happier than the one before. I we were going to share a big order of wings and i asked how many we could order with the 60cent, was it 5 or 6 for a sauce etc. She said they come in groups of 5. So we ordered some fries and 30 wings to split for the family. It took about 30 mins later which is not too bad since they were busy but then the waitress came out with regular wings. I said its boneless 60cent wing night, we wanted boneless. She informed me that i ordered traditional and she had made sure that was what i wanted as she kept unloading the food. She was getting snappy at this point. I said i'm sorry maam but we wanted boneless wings since its boneless night. Visibly disturbed and angry she retorted with that's fine and snatched the food off the table and said ill put it in but you ordered regular in a how dare we attitude. My wife was blown away and the kids were shocked and they agreed i never said traditional wings. At this time we decided it was too late to wait another 35 mins for the kids to eat and then head home because of school. I went to the waitress while she was at the terminal and said Hey don't worry about it we need to get home and get the kids to bed. She let out a huge UGH! I already put it in! with the biggest scowl ever. I said sorry and she said FINE ill cancel it and stomped off. We will not be back again and will drive the extra...

We ordered online today at Buffalo Wild Wings Woodlands and we got a confirmation that our order will be ready for pick up at 4:40 pm (we thought good timing so we will be able to see the start of Super Bowl). We arrived at the restaurant at 4:30 PM, unfortunately the guy in of the restaurant said the the orders are 10 minutes delay. So we said we will just come back at 4:50. When we come back people are filing up outside the restaurant waiting for their orders. The guy who's managing all the pick orders told me that instead of 10 minutes delay it goes to 30 minutes delay. So we waited outside the restaurant for our name to be called. After 30 minutes waiting, people are starting to leave one by one getting their orders. We waited for another 30 minutes for a total of 1 hour delay. I approached the guy again to follow up for our order and he told us, we can go inside to check with the manager (we ordered pick up so we don't need to go inside the restaurant and be exposed to a lot of people because of covid , but now the guy told us to go inside the restaurant). I went and talk to the manager, he told me that the order will be ready after 30 minutes. I was in literal shock!!!! Is this guy kidding me? I told him are you serious, you are telling me to wait for another 30 minutes after already waiting for 1 hour after it was supposed to be complete. For Just for 20 pieces of Wings. Unbelievable.

First their system is not organized. How hard it will be to set up your system to send a message or confirmation to the customer when the order is ready (they don't have that).Second the guy managing all this orders in the restaurant are yelling from inside the restaurant, so everyone outside will ask every time, "what was the name he called"? Lastly where on earth you need to wait for 1 and half hour for woder30 minutes. We left without our order and the assurance that the order would be canceled.. it wasn't.

I was hoping to had a wonderful experience in BW3 here in US just like what I had in BW3 Dubai, unfortunately it...

UPDATE: 08/03/2023 I apologize for anything good I ever had to say about this location. I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS, EVER. I placed an order for pick up. I show up to get my wings. They do not have my order. I am then treated like an idiot for the next five minutes with comments, "Are you sure you are at the right store" "We think you may have ordered from a different location". Even after showing the the confirmation email with the store address I was asked if I am sure if that confirmation email is correct because they have no order for me. After four employees look at the confirmation they decide to make my food. I am told it would be a minute until there out. Over the next twenty minutes I am told it will be just another minute several times. After twenty five minutes I ask the guy if he can check on my food. The guy comes out and tells me they are starting to make them now but it would be just another minute. I told him that is ridiculous. At this point the guy was aware I was not happy. It took the store for forty-seven minutes to get sixteen hot wings out of the kitchen. I told the guy this is the absolute worst customer service that you could have provided and I said I will not be back. He said, ok.

UPDATE: 05/23/2023 I have now eaten here roughly twenty times. The wings, the customer service and the atmosphere is always great. The wings I got tonight were the best ones yet. I have moved away from this location but the one hour round trip to pick up wings from here is well worth the drive when comparing them to the Buffalo Wild Wings by where I live now. The owner of this location should be proud of the their employees.

I have never eaten Buffalo Wild Wings. I ordered take out for game six of The World Series. I purchases the 20/20 combo. The hot Buffalo sauce was slightly to hot but the wings were still enjoyable. I will get the medium next time. I really wanted to pig out on wings but was full after only six. Any how they should heat up well for the seventh...
