I had a fantastic experience at Surf Wyoming recently, thanks to one of the employees who truly went above and beyond. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home.

Her relaxed and friendly demeanor instantly put me at ease, and it was clear that she genuinely wanted to help. I had a few questions about products, and she took the time to provide thorough answers, offering recommendations based on my needs. It was refreshing to encounter someone so knowledgeable and eager to assist without being pushy.

From my experience yesterday in Cody, the most absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Will never, ever step foot in that store again, nor will anyone I know after I share with them how nasty the female employee was to me.
