I was tickled to death to learn Orschelns was coming to Sherman and I have not been disappointed! Great place to by hunting gear and my go-to place for wood pellets. Visited there again yesterday and everybody working there was very nice and helpful. I failed to get the name of the young lady working the front register but she went above and beyond. I had called up there the day before asking about availability of wood pellets. They did not have any at the time but she told me there might be some on one of the incoming delivery trucks within the next two days. She took my name & phone number. I had expected to have to wait until the second day to find out if more pellets were in fact delivered. I also had the feeling that I would never receive a call. I was pleasantly surprised when that young lady called after the first day and said the pellets were not on the truck and they did not anticipate receiving any more for a long time. She knew I was in a bind to get more when I called the previous day. Because of her great customer service I was able to go right on to Durant to buy almost all the pellets they had left. One more day of waiting and I would have missed...
