Should've been a red flag when we walked in and one server basically ran. We're a party of 8 four kids four adults. We came in around 9am on a Thursday and were seated quickly. The waitress D, bless her heart, was having a rough day and that, we were understanding too, but she messed up our drink order after us repeating it three times at least. We were offered to keep the wrong drinks for free, that's fine, ok cool, she made it right but my coffee cup had red lipstick stains that were extremely noticeable so not sure why it still made its way to my table, but she brang me a new cup. Now when we ordered food was the real issue with me, we went around the table one by one in the same order we order we ordered drinks and took our time bc she was having a rough day. She even repeated the order back to us correctly, cool, but after sitting for about 20 min. We noticed other ppl getting the same food we ordered, coincidence at first we thought, but then we started paying attention to the food coming out noticed other waiters were snagging the food before D could figure out where our food was. Then after about ten more minutes she came up to us and apologized for the order not getting put in. It was obvious that the ppl who were seated and ordered after us were getting our food and it was more then one waiter doing it. D offered to pay our ticked and retake our order but we respectful declined and left. Manger was by the door when we left didn't say a word to us. He also didn't come address the situation as a manger should in this kind of situation. The employees at fault here were the manger and other waiters, as none of them offered to help her and it was obvious they were taking our orders to serve their guest. And to top it off that big of a mistake wasn't addressed to us, the guest, by a manager. Highly unsatisfied by staff and how the manger was not running the show. He didn't seem concerned by the loss of a big party and Ms D should've gotten more support from her manager and coworkers, they took advantage of her to snag her food to make their orders appear fast and her to appear incompetent Smh...
Read moreAbout 6 months ago, I went with a couple of my friends at around 2a.m. My male friends food had a hair in it. Simple enough solution, give the food back, don't pay for it, but be polite. However, after we tell the manger that there was a hair in the food she accused us of lying, not pointing at us and screaming it. She just inspected the hair and tried to say it was his, then insisted we check it again and tried to get us to agree that it was his. It wasn't. My female friend ordered a dish that she wasn't going to order, but the waitress said it could be made with her favorite sauce, so she gave in and ordered it. When the meal arrived the sauce wasn't correct so she told the waitress that she did not want it. Again the manager comes to the table, calls my friend by her name, and tells her they no longer make that sauce and no she won't take the dish back, that my friend knew better. Long argument ensued and my friend ends up giving up and eating the dish because she's hungry and tired of dealing with her. Over all bad experience. However, not judging the place harshly we tried to go back again tonight. We stood at the door waiting for about ten minutes. The waitress seen us, so did the manager....no one came to seat us. I'm done with this place. The night shift manager is very rude and I guess she hates her job, but don't take it out on customers. Quit or fix your problems. The waitress was just inattentive. Bad place to go at night and eat. Would...
Read moreVery disappointed. No point in having 12 servers on the floor when I never get sat where I want or with who I want. Atmosphere has changed in the past 2 weeks, I noticed a new manager who I do not like, she seems to have changed a lot of things and not in a good way. The servers have lost their smiles, and the entire point of going out to eat and having your servers around you is to be in a comfortable and happy space and I’m very much a regular here, I’m here at least once a week if not more. My server last week told me they’re sharing sections even when it’s not busy. You either need a new general manager or this one needs to learn her job better and stop putting so many servers on at a time, especially during the day. Does she really think they can’t handle an entire section alone? Also I used to immediately get put in the front or the middle when I come in and lately I’ve been taken straight to the back, which I find irritating. The food is amazing as usual I have no complaints there, but it seems as though the cooks are also having a hard time adjusting to this new manager because there’s been more mess ups than usual lately. I’m not going to stop coming here because it’s one of my favorite places to eat but I wanted someone higher up to know because upon speaking to management in the restaurant I can tell I’m getting nowhere. Thanks...
