Terrible first time there. If it was possible i wouldnt have even selected a star to rate this place. My husband and I went there to get smoothies and check out the place because someone said I should try it out. The lady working, seemed to be the owner but not for sure, made our smoothies had the worst customer service, was very rude stared at us the entire time...no conversation, was very short and so on. When going to the check out she asked if we were in their system; I replied No we were not and that it had been out first. Not once did she ask would you all like to be apart of it or entered in or anything of that sort. Just plain rude. Atleast the gentleman there spoke to us and attempted to conversate. Excellent Experience! Knowledgeable Staff! 5 stars! My experience with Total Nutrition in Sherman was really great. Instead of a typical 'chain store' feel this store has a very honest and knowledgeable staff who asks nutritional questions rather than pushing the most expensive 'body builder' product on you. I feel like this is actually a NUTRITION store with a friendly and inviting atmosphere! A great business model for this...

They're knowledgeable and won't sell you things you don't need, their Acai Bowls are some of the freshest I have had, and they always have samples of the newest supplements!
