Rented a living room set , a tv , and TWO bedroom sets ! All at $600 a month for the entirety . At first , they were so nice & didn’t seem like the people they acted like the past few days ! I got late on a payment & I paid them , they decided to “save” my moms credit card without her permission when she went in one day to pay a payment (she was the account holder on the furniture) , they called me & told me if I didn’t pay a payment by a certain day they would come get my furniture , I understood & agreed because holidays are hard financially , they told me they would come Friday after 6 pm , I finally called at 8:30 & they told me they never told me that but I knew for a fact they did .. I also had made a payment arrangement before & a woman answered the phone & said it was fine .. I was called later that night by a man from the store at around 7:30 pm yelling at me & telling me if I didn’t get in there to pay my payment they would be coming at 9 pm that night to get my furniture .. I had no way of paying it & had to borrow money due to losing my job , but if they were so quick to be able to pick it up that night at 9 .. then I called Friday at about 8 pm wondering when they were coming to get my furniture , they told me they never told me that & I wasn’t on their schedule & they stopped returns at 7:30 pm .. but they said they would be there at 9 to pick up my furniture on a previous occasion ? I ALWAYS got a different person on the phone , either Kyle or Wes & they were so rude & disrespectful to me .. I even told them the night they said they would come at 9 that I could come pay in the morning as I was putting my 18 mo old son to bed .. they said no we’ll be there at 9 then .. When I called Friday they told me they would be here tomorrow (Saturday) after 6 .. AGAIN THEY NEVER SHOWED! And they’re closed Sunday .. so of course the end of week payment for me is Saturday so they’re trying to charge me a FULL WEEK for them refusing to pick their furniture up ! They stole my moms credit card info & took $228 off her card ! Which would be for the next week .. that THEY chose to force us into because THEY didn’t pick up the furniture .. I was nice about it & explained I couldn’t afford it & they needed to come before the cut off day to come get it so I wouldn’t be charged .. I will be calling corporate & lawyers on Monday to get this straightened out .. this is a big SCAM ! Don’t rent from them ! Unless you want your card info stolen or “saved on file” without your...

Recently I purchased a stereo from Buddy's; however, it took time to pay off. During that time Buddy's took money off of my son-in-laws bank card without consent from anyone!!!!! That is called stealing! Once they returned the money; I paid for the stereo. Then, just the other day I called and spoke to a young lady up there about my payment plans. Once I sorted out how I needed to pay them that week; she gave the okay and I paid them $100.47 and within a few hours, Buddy's took off an additional $55.23 without calling me, notifying me, or my permission. I called Buddy's, later to settle the issue; Wesley answered the phone and transferred me to accounts payable. The boy that answered the phone did not understand the issue of taking money off of my card without permission and stated that they would return the money if I gave them back the things that I rented to own. BE CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY; EVERYTHING WILL WORK OUT AT FIRST BUT THEY SHOW THEIR TRUE COLORS ONCE YOU NEED TO ARRANGE A DIFFERENT TIME FOR A PAYMENT!! My husband went in to buy a bunk bed set they had for 150 dollars pay in full an carry out.. it was a set they were trying to get rid of.
