I had an absolutely amazing experience coming here for my first time. I spoke with the owner personally and she recommended a bunch of crazy flavors that worked and danced on my pallet. We actually ended up getting our two drinks for free And more coupons for a free drink to pass out to friends and family to get the word out. I love the refreshing clean taste that all of the flavors had. I love that they use the small little ice cubes as well and their drinks go from small to huge, which is a step past large. They have the option to have zero sugar or all natural cane sugar. All of their flavors are syrup, free, and are derived from natural ingredients. The store was clean and well organized And had many amenities and options for shopping and or giftgiving. I highly recommend visiting this location if you love tea I was thrilled to find out All of their tea flavors can be served hot or cold. Happy hour runs from 2 PM to 4 PM Highly recommended outstanding first-time experience. I will...
Read moreUpdate! We've come back a few more times and each time it's been more pleasant, tea is on point. You can taste the tea and not so much the sugar. Employees are friendly and greet you. Very respectful too. Well improved in a short time period. Very happy customers. We'll definitely return again. Thank you! :) we can't express how much we love your tea but we LOVE it!

Some batches are too sweet, some are vaguely sweet. It's really small compared to the many other locations we've been to. And trust us, we've been to many, aside from that it's crowded and the employees are either not in a bad mood, they don't greet you, and some don't smile at all, period. I mean, I'd like to feel welcomed, but I'll happily...
Read moreI went by to get some tea, and I did not feel welcomed. Previous times workers would welcome me in, ask how I was and actually talk to me and acknowledge my presence. Now when I walk in, no one sees that I'm there until I check it out. I'm so sad to see it go down. The tea doesn't taste the same, and I miss seeing the genuine smiles. I don't feel comfortable going there anymore as I feel as if my business is a nuisance. The girl at the counter, I think she had dark hair and was wearing neon leggings- I do not know her name since she wasn't wearing a name tag, but she acted like I was bothering her for simply being there and her attitude towards myself and other customers lack something to be desired. She wore a scowl the whole time and would roll her eyes and scoff at the...
