The Best Way For Me To Start This Paragraph Off Is This Hotel Needs To Be Shut Down When I Reviewed The Rooms Online, Before Deciding To Stay At The Hotel, They Looked Up To Par. Once My Sister And I Got There, Paid For The Room For The Upcoming Week, (Advised The Front Desk Clerk That We Would Reside There Until Our House Was Ready) The Front Desk Clerk Gave Us A Hotel Room On The Side "With The Red Doors" That Were Absolutely Horrible. The Whole Room Smelled Like Poop And Weed, Roaches Were Running Everywhere, & The Windows Were Covered In Plastic. My Sister Called Back To The Front Office And Told Them If They Didn't Change Our Rooms, That We Wanted A Refund. The Front Desk Clerk Agreed To Allow Us To Move Rooms (On The Side With Blue Doors). No Doubt, The Room Looked Better, But Sit Back And Allow Me Tell You How "Looks Can Be Deceiving". First, The TV's Are Old With Basic Cable, (Nobody Knew How To Change The Source So My Sister Could Play Her X-BOX And We Could Watch Movies)The Toilet Lid Was Aloose So Every Time We Used The Bathroom, We Almost Slid On The Floor. The Toilet Was Clogged Up. The Shower Was Clogged Up So Badly That You Could Only Stay In It For 3 Minutes Before The Water Started Over Flowing On The Floor. Every Time Maintenance Came To Fix Anything, They Would Look At It, Say They'll Be Back In 10 Minutes And Never Came Back, Or Look At It, Leave And Tell The Front Office It Had Already Been Fixed. After About 1 Week Of Constantly Going To The Office, & Making Requests, They Finally Fixed Everything, But That Didn't Stop The Roaches, Nats, Ants, Or Grasshoppers From Getting Into Our Room. The Doors Were So High At The Bottom That Grasshoppers Would Hop Right In, Like They Paid The Weekly Rate. So Of Course After 4 Weeks Of Being In That Room, We Had To Change Rooms. When We Got To The New Room, We Had The Same Problems (MAGNIFIED). "RIP DJ" Was Written On The Back Of The Door, And When I Asked The Front Desk Clerk Did Someone Die In That Particular Room, They Brushed The Question Off. After Telling The Front Desk Clerk That I Wanted A Refund, She Said She Would Change My Room. I Agreed To Switch Rooms, (For The Rest Of Week) So We Wouldn't Have To Interrupt Our Work Week. Once We Got To This Room, I Stopped Making Any Requests. There Was No Use. The Phone Didn't Work, Neither Did The Wi-Fi. Nothing Ever Really Got Done And If It Did, It Tooks Weeks On End. Then One Morning I Woke Up And Realized That My Sister And I Had Started Getting Bit By Bed Bugs. That Was It For Me. The Key Scanner On Our Door Didn't Work, After 2 Nights Of Getting Off Work And Having To Go To The Front Desk To Have Them Open The Door, They Finally Replaced It. The Washers And Dryers Work Whenever They Get Ready. There Is Constant Loud Arguing And Fighting Always Going On. The Police May As Well Reside On The Property As Much As They Are Out There. It Seems Like Everybody Smokes Weed Because Every Room We Stayed In Smelled Like It. The Housekeeping Can't Speak English, So You Can Be Standing In The Middle Of The Floor Naked, Drying Off, Getting Ready To Put Clothes On And They Will Use Their Key-Card To Just Come Right On In Your Room, Screaming "Housekeeping" In A Foreign Language. My Sister Had To Learn How To Say Things In Their Language So They Could At Least Understand Us And Vice Versa..Housekeeping Never Made Our Bed Or Changed Our Bedding. (We Washed Our Own Bedding) The Only Thing They Did Was Bring New Towels, And Take The Trash Out, And They Did That When They Got Ready. I'm Going To Report This Hotel To The BBB. This Hotel Does Not Need To Be Open...
Read moreCant give 0 stars, has to be at least one or 100% it woulda cane in!What a dump, first they improperly took my Reservation(made/paid for on 6-20) from being for 6-27 making it instead for 7-28 and after driving straight from Tulsa OK arriving around 3 am on the 28th, they tell me the reservation is for the 28th meaning checking in after the previous nights guests check out at 11 am! I then had to pay, AGAIN at the desk the ridiculous price $56 for what was provided. NOT worth the money!Walking into Room135 first thing noticed was the safety locking mechanism, NON EXISTENT! Luckily the door latched completely allowing the deadbolt to baaarely go into locked position. There was a microwave but its placement and its cord length and the access to useable power outlets left our popcorn unpopped. There was black mold pretty much throughout the bathroom, along with the tub having to be cleaned out of whatever it was that was in it, didn't think to get picture first but the pic posted you can still tell! There were paint bubbles all over ceiling above shower, the curtain rod looked like I might require a Tetanus shot with the shower curtain held up by zip ties, oh there was also a little sky light but for some reason only had wood particles insulation peices and water coming out of it, and it was placed oddly on the celing behind the bathroom door! (fyi not a skylight just an exposed hole in the celing) could probably go on for another 3 or 4 paragraphs but I'll stop here, in short...
Read moreWorst customer service experience of my life. I had to leave the shelter in the middle of the night only had $40 to my name the the front desk receptionist wouldn't budge not even a penny told me to walk to the hotel down the street which was the Sherman INN they would be cheaper so I did and they weren't come to find out they are both owned by the same owner.... I get enough to pay for the room this time it's already 10 pm and the receptionist tells me some of the rooms don't have wifi so he put me in one of the rooms that had no WiFi on top of that the room didn't have a lamp nor did the TV work. It was the most disrespectful experience I've ever had done to me in my life I will never spend another penny supporting these people when they won't even give me a partial refund for no wifi, no cable TV, No light in room other than bathroom and the room...
