After months of searching for a couch, I stumbled upon Couch+Co on Facebook and decided to drive two hours to their store in Sherman, Texas. The effort was well worth it, as Colin greeted my wife and I with exceptional attentiveness.

We purchased a new couch 3 months ago and had a great experience at Couch & Co. Our kids had an irreparable accident on our old couch, and of course we had family coming to visit the next day, so we were looking for a couch we could take home same day that we wouldn't have to settle for. We went to a couple other places and not only were the available couches not at all what we were looking for, but the prices were higher. When we walked into Couch & Co, Dylan met us and asked what we were looking for to help us narrow down the options. I found the exact couch I wanted, available same day, and at a great price.

I also wanted the storage ottoman, which did need to be ordered. I was told up front that the delivery may take a while to get here because they're made to order. The manufacturer sent an ottoman, but it wasn't the storage ottoman. I was able to hang onto the non-storage ottoman until the correct one arrived despite me offering to bring the wrong one back.

Missed my turn and pulled into a pulled into an empty parking lot in front of this store, and walked over to Sherwin Williams. When I returned about 10 minutes later, a person from in the store came out to ask if I needed help. I explained that I missed the turn in for for the paint store, so i parked here, and walked over. He advised me that the paint store has their own parking lot and I should park there. Just returned and parked in the same spot, and the same jerk approaches me to let me know that this is a private parking lot now, and that I would have to park somewhere else or he would tow my truck. I wouldn't do business here for anything.... except...
