Taco Bell — Restaurant in Sherman

My husband went in to place the order, and the person that took my order placed it right. When my husband got home my 2 bean burritos did not have sour cream on it, which the receipt says I was charged for it. Then I ordered a steak quesadilla which was rung up as a chicken quesadilla, but was charged $.20 extra for steak quesadilla. I called the store and spoke to a manager name tristan if that’s the correct name. He was questioning me as if I was wrong and the cooks were right. Then he told me I could either bring the food back up and he could fix it or I could come back and get my money back.🤔 which doesn’t solve the problem. Then told him if I bring the food back up, I would like my to be replaced and my money back. He said no I can do either or the other, but not both. But he did not see it that way. It is very inconvenient when the cooks cannot make your food correctly and a manager does not solve the issue for you. When I told him I took pictures of my food he said I don’t need the photos. They want you to use your gas to go back and fix the problem when you used your gas to go there to buy the food from the restaurant and they couldn’t even make it right. If you have a difficult order, don't go here. For example, No sour cream or No Sauce This store either does NOT understand, or they just really do not care. I called for the last 3 orders about it being wrong, actually took a photo (date stamped) and spoke to the Mgr. Couple of days ago, I go in to get dinner instead of husband or 17 yr old. Spoke to the manager and explained that I had called after each of the last 3 times and my name should be written down for replacement. Her answer was NO, we don't do that but I'm going to make sure it's right this time. Isn't that YOUR JOB! Guess what- it was the closest ever No sour cream- only guacamole in the bowl but there was a Ton of sauce that nobody said would be in there- TRASH
