Wow. Exceptional deck. I dropped a request in the drop box at the Home and Garden Show. I got a call within 2 days and James came out within a week to look at our space and help us design a deck that would suit our needs. They were already booked out about 4-5 months, but understandable with the type of work they do.

John called a few weeks before our installation date to provide us with an update and ensure the area was ready for the install as we were removing our old deck.

The craftsmanship alone is phenomenal. I am so thrilled with the whole process and the finished project. If I even need another deck installed, I will definitely be reaching back...

Warning. DO NOT order Rattan furniture from Raber. I order and paid for an Ottoman in May. They think the item has been made but the company who makes them will not send it and they will not say when they will. Raber is very nice but they said there is nothing they can do. My advice to Raber is work with suppliers that you can trust to get the job done. I did finally get the cushion for the ottoman but what good does that do without the ottoman. I will NEVER order furniture from them again and I am letting others know about this so it does not happen to...

Absolutely fantastic customer service when they came to my home in Michigan bringing some excellent “whoopie pies.”

Made everything very easy to make a decision on including financing. They took our idea and made it reality.

Execution install team was even better. Polite and professional, answered all my questions during install, as a homeowner does watching in the background. Extremely fast and productive . Everything came out perfect, we greatly appreciate everyone from Raber.
