I went to Kendra Scott to redeem my birthday deal that I received via email for the first time. Maddison, Laura, Alice, and the two other girls (I’m so sorry I forgot your names you beautiful women!!) treated me SO kindly, answered all my questions, joked with me, and even made me feel like I was their friend! I went back the next day (I just wanted to get an idea of what I wanted when I returned with my husband, since it was my first time shopping for myself there) and Maddison, Laura, and Alice were there. I was met with impeccable service (again), kindness, honest opinions, and just so much sweetness!! I went in with the intention of just getting a necklace and ended up with the perfect set to match my wedding ring (which Maddison found the PERFECT match to) so I now have a matching bracelet, earrings, and necklace to match my favorite ring in the world! (And with the 3 birthday deals I feel like I got such a good bargain for the entire set, so take advantage!!) Thanks again Laura and Maddison for being so understanding with my constant mind changing 😂 and for being the absolute best at what you do! The cherry on top was going to put all the jewelry in their pouches (because yes, I left wearing all my new GORGEOUS pieces) and found the sweetest notes from my girlies! Can’t recommend going to Kendra Scott Shreveport enough for yourself or a gift!

Mimi and everyone at Kendra Scott Jewelry Shreveport was wonderful today. I went because they were supporting a local animal rescue group! So part of my purchase price went to the rescue! They were helpful and I had fun and felt pampered! LOVE the earrings and necklaces I purchased.

I did not even know we had a Kendra Scott nearby. I live in Bossier City and I just so happen to be in BelleMead and noticed the Kendra Scott store. I walked in and was greeted with the warmest welcome from the staff! Laura was such an amazing associate, very friendly and she helped the best way she knew how! She was very sweet, very attentive, very professional and does the girl know how to make a sell! I will be returning and will definitely buy...

I just had an AMAZING experience at Kendra Scott (Shreveport Location). The entire staff was so helpful and the best part of it...... Their customer service!!! This is something many people lack. This store should be the face of what customer service is supposed to be!!! I want to give a BIG thank you to Victoria and Natassica for all their help, keep doing what ya'll are doing!!!...
