When I bought my iPhone & AirPods from there about a month ago Max gave me his personal phone number he said just in case I need him for something I guess like if something happens with the iphone or AirPods. So the other day one of my AirPods volume was lower than the other one. I contacted apple & they said I’d have to take it to an Apple Store & the ones they searched for me weren’t near me, too far away. So I texted Max & told him about the AirPods & he told me to just bring them to him for him to see what’s going on with them whenever I get a chance I said okay I’ll be by on one of my off days this week. He texted me late last night at 9:47 pm & asked me am I at home I was confused because I never gave him my address have only met him once which was the day I bought the phone K AirPods plus he’s married & like my grand dad’s age. Read moreI got my phones screen repaired at this shop, and the service was absolutely terrible. within a week or two, my phone started flickering, turning off randomly and experiencing issues. the screen keeps turning on and off by itself, and at times, it shuts down automatically. when I went back to address the issue, the boss and what seemed to be his son( or a young employee). refused to take any responsibility. they dismissed my concerns completely, claiming that their work is final and that they wouldn't do anything about it. instead of offering a solution. they were rude and unprofessional, escalating the situation.

I bought and paid off my entire balance on this iPhone 11 back in May 2022; however, they still refused to help a 20 year customer.
