What a horrible experience we had. My wife and I ordered similar sandwiches, but one with turkey and one with ham. We had our food brought to us and were told the sandwich given to me was mine. I ate half of it and my wife was still helping the kids when she noticed that hers had my meat. I had already made it half way through the sandwich I was told was mine before we realized that it wasn't correct. We told the staff about the issue. We waited for a resolution for about 10 minutes and were told that it was our mistake and they couldn't remake one half of a sandwich. Also a snarky comment, "you couldn't tell the difference in Turkey and Ham?" We were told that the manager was called and he agreed that because "we" didn't notice the difference, they could not remake the sandwich. We were literally handed a sandwich and told it was mine! I get a communication issue and a mistake, but how hard is it to remake half a sandwich? Not to mention it was $80 for 4 sandwich meals and 3 cookies ... Don't go here, the customer service is...
