Smoothie King — Restaurant in Shreveport

Extremely rude! I went to this location today around 11:30. I went to the drive thru and ordered a “muscle punch” and one other smoothie for a coworker. When I pulled around to pay I was asked if I had the “power punch” I proceeded to tell her no I had a “muscle punch” I then got told more than once that a “power punch” is what I had ordered and that’s what they made for me. After telling the young lady that it didn’t need to be an argument and asked what was in a “power punch” thinking maybe they made a mistake but I’ll drink it anyways but nobody would answer as to what was in it. I was then asked by another young lady if I still wanted the “muscle punch” and I said yes and I again got told that a “power punch” was what I ordered. After being told three times I ordered a “power punch” when I know for a fact I didn’t and it was very obvious they were not going to make me a “muscle punch” I just asked for my card back and cancelled both smoothies! Inconsistent and rude. I ordered a Dark Chocolate Banana Smoothie with Peanut Butter through the drive-thru. Once I paid for it they handed me a very watery drink -- it was swishing around like juice in the cup. Once they handed it to me the window closed and the employee said something along the lines of "Who made this smoothie?! I handed it to him and he was like 'This is watery but I'll take it!'" and then proceeded to laugh. I knocked on the drive thru window (my car was close to it) and asked for a thicker smoothie. I hand them the watery one and the employee tells me to pull forward. I do, get out of my car, and sit inside until they hand me a much thicker smoothie, which I found to be tasteless and very gross. I've ordered the same smoothie at this place more than 5 times and it always tastes different, but this was by far my worst experience. I don't recommend this...

Just went here for lunch and to start out .. the A/C was not working or wasn’t on so it was miserably hot in there!! The place smelt absolutely horrible! I waited 30 mins for a bowl .. and then when i got it it had maybe 6 pieces of fruit , it was already melting && had little to no granola in it !!! This was absolutely ridiculous!
