We purchased two Brentwood leather recliners. They looked great in the store and were very comfortable. They are comfortable, but they are poorly made. They've looked like this since November. We requested service and when a service person came out, he indicated that the Velcro was put in the wrong place to attach the flaps. Keep in mind that they used Velcro and did not bother to determine that it would pop out. They said the would replace the chair backs but that it would be six weeks. We were concerned and they called again and sent someone out with more Velcro. We said we would wait for a permanent fix. The leather on one chair is wearing well, the other is very wrinkled on the seat. We saved to purchase some really good chairs but it was a mistake. We've purchased cheaper leather chairs in the past that did not have the problems of these expensive ones! When a customer has a problem, you put a rush on fixing it. I went ‘browsing’ and had no idea what I wanted and Patti immediately offered me the FREE in home consultation that I was not even aware they do. They came to our home and took photos, measured, and really listened to what I like and dislike.
