Prime Audio Video — Local services in Siesta Key

I was having difficulty with the sound coming from my DVD player, particularly CDs. I changed players to no avail, and than tried a different HDMI circuit on my receiver. No luck with that either. I also had changed to a new HDMI cable. Deciding that my receiver was dying, I called Prime Audio to discuss the situation. I spoke with Kevin, relating the details of the problem. He made several suggestion that I tried after hanging up the phone, and I was able to solve the problem. Kevin's help was great, and his willingness to help with no promise of a sale was incredible. I love technology but I am smart enough that I know that I am not good at it! I was so impressed by the install of Kevin and Eric from Prime Audio. They integrated wifi, 3 very different TV's, Roku, apple phones, Spectrum (complicated provider), connected with an amazing receiver (international languages...beyond my understanding) and it all works beautifully. Horrible service!! I waited all day on Thursday the 17th of September and again on Thursday the 24th. The first day waiting I called and spoke to Kevin, he said they had the wrong phone number and information and he apologized, the second time they called and said they were on there way at 8:30 am and never showed up!
