We were looking for an AL/MC to transition my 90 year mother to from an IL in Parkland Florida. Given the distances it made for a difficult transition. Ken was referred to us by an exec director of a Sarasota facility that wasn't a match. He raved about Ken and was sure he would get us to the right solution. He was right.

I spent some time on the phone with Ken - we were out of town - giving him background on my mom and what her needs were.

Ken identified 3 potential facilities, set up the visits and went with us to each of the facilities. Ken was also helpful in educating us to how these facilities operate, the things we should be looking for and the questions to ask.

After return visits to dig deeper we were able to make an informed decision and begin the transition for my mother. While it has been a very difficult transition due to her medical situation we are confident in the facility and the caring staff.
