We went to Skillet's for the first time in our three years in Florida. WHY DID WE WAIT SO LONG!!!!! This is about to become our favorite breakfast home! My wife and I were welcomed and seated quickly, Amy, our server, had coffee on the table in about 90 seconds!!! I was totally impressed with the both the variety of the menu, and offerings I have not seen elsewhere. I tried the Eggs Galette. OH MY GOD!!!! Crepe filled with whipped eggs, sundried tomatoes, parmesan cheese and other things. topped with Sun-dried Tomato Hollandaise. TO DIE FOR!!! Wifie had crepes which she was thrilled with. Best Part was the service.. Amy basically was very interactive but not intrusive, giving us the history of Skillet's, other locations and things in the area. Best Server we have had anywhere in a long time. We asked for the manager, and we told Patricia how wonderful Amy was, and also how wonderful the food was.
