Greek Life Threads — Local services in Signal Hill

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

-Ordered a hoodie and it took two months to receive an invoice and three months to receive my item. -Emailed them about three times, called them countless times, and sent about four emails with NO RESPONSE. -Colors online did not match what I received. ( make sure to watch out for that ) -I am currently in the process of returning my item but once you have completed the transaction it feels like they do not want to speak to you anymore.

Their work is always of good quality and I believe 90% of the time their orders are ready before the allotted time, which I really appreciate. Went in with a idea and asked if it was possible for them to do it. With no hesitation they accomodated me and went through to making my jacket I asked for.
