Good ambience you’d expect from a pho restaurant: clean floors, clean tables and chairs, low-volume music, plants everywhere, and friendly staff. The restaurant was short-staffed (they had signs saying that all over the place). The food was okay; broth was clear and tasty but a little too sweet. I got a large combination bowl and ended up getting just one piece of tendon, about three meatballs, and some dried-up skirt, but no brisket or flank steak. The meat I got was not fresh; I’m sure of it. My husband got a plate of shrimp fried rice, and it looked and tasted pretty good. The plate was hot and steamy, and the shrimp were delicious. He liked it. The food took about 10 minutes, and while we were waiting, a homeless man walked in. While it did not startle me, he smelled quite bad. But that’s not the restaurant's fault; after all, he was a paying customer and was treated with dignity. I’ll give this place the benefit of the doubt, since they’re understaffed and probably don’t have time to check plates before serving them. I will be back some other day on a weekend to see if they’re actually serving like that or if today was just a bad day. Space for about 45 - 50 guests, would definitely get full on busy rainy days. Parking lot clean and easy access for handicapped spots. Kid friendly although I didn’t any chairs for the little ones, I’m sure they would have some in the back. I’ll make sure to ask next time. On the menu I saw boba and other options for pho and fried rice (chicken, seafood).

I was in the area viewing apartments, so I decided to locate a new pho place. This place is spacious, pretty quiet so I enjoyed that. I ordered the steak and brisket pho, I have to start by saying this was the BEST brisket I’ve had in a pho. It was not fatty at all, and super tender but not dry! If you follow me on here, you know the type of pho I like. This one was clean and packed a little flavor. I wouldn’t say it’s the best I’ve had, but the brisket was unmatched. The noodles were fresh and intact too. — On the downside, I ordered the salt & pepper shrimp, but I didn’t like it. I ate one, and they still charged me for it. Not the best customer service I’d prefer, and they asked me about it. So I just thought they’d take care of me. Anyway, I’d go back for the pho if I’m in the area. Also, I want to try the fried rice based off the pics.

The Pho is great. Clean and beefy broth with a slight taste of the star anise and a slightly sweet after notes. The meat to noodle ratio is excellent, rare beef is tender and the meat balls flavorful. The rice noodles are firm which I like. Topped with thin slices of onions, generous amount of green onions and cilantro. The herbs, basil, bean sprouts are fresh and crisp. The Chicken with Chinese Broccoli and Carrots was just average. Service is welcoming and accommodating. Very chill and relax atmosphere. The music is relaxing. Overall a wonderful experience and I will come back again.

Second time ordering food with this restaurant. This time around, I decided to place an order online through Postmates. Spent $55 on the whole order. When I went to pickup the order, I noticed I ordered chicken porridge instead of chicken pho. My daughter does not eat porridge so I asked if the cashier can make the correct order for me. She said she will not be able to because the order has already been placed. What she should of done was make the request and I would of been happy to pay the difference for it. I will not be returning to this establishment for sure for their lack of following through to accommodate customer satisfaction. People make mistakes; clearly I did and they should...
