Worst drive thru experience ever!!! I rarely leave a review unless really good or really bad service. I've been going to this drive thru since last summer and never had a problem. Tonight at 4am I went thru and had a $12 order. I asked for Desanti sparkling lime water and she claimed "we only have in the dining room"...So I'm thinking so "then go into the dinning room and get me some"...normal customer service. She refused so I said fine give me normally sparkling water she also claimed out which I knew was a lie Bc all the soda they offer are based on sparkling water mixed with whatever you choose. So I get to the window with exact change ready and only 2 cars behind me. She never asked me what sauces I wanted then claimed she didn't have any the sauces I asked for. I could tell she was blowing me off and she closed the window on me. So I waited Bc I wanted my sauces, salt/pepper and water. So she ignored me and left hoping I would leave. To me it was now about the principle so I waited and ate my meal while I waited. The 3 ppl in line behind me left out of frustration over waiting. So 2 more ppl stacked up and she came back and I said thru the glass "listen all I want is salt/pepper then I'll leave". So she finally gave it and I left. As I was leaving another mad customer left. So not only was this women too lazy to give me proper customer service and lied over giving me what's needed but she cost her company prolly $30-50 all because she was too lazy to give me a couple of free water and 3cents worth of salt/pepper. This women outta be fired on the spot and the sad part is she is prolly the night manager! I don't advice u go to this location especially...

And please post something inside your location on the doors, and at the counter to inform those who visit your location with SNAP EBT of your systems not being in compliance with this system update until it is in compliance, or if it just isn't going to be. Communication is Key and comes As a courtesy to your employees and customers and to save everyone the situation that comes from it, which is ,Employees being upset for making food that can't be paid for because of this update not being made in POS, and people that order apologizing for not being able to pay for it and being sent away embarrassed. The cashier that took my order , I think her name is Dora, was rude and embarrassed me for no reason.i ordered a black iced coffee with my meal, waited for a few minutes after I received my food , and she brought the drink to me, I then realized it was incorrect ( I wasn't paying attention, and thought she would bring the same drink I had had before ( she also never asked me when I ordered "would like it plain, or flavored" , every time I have come here, they have asked me if I wanted plain or flavored. That's part of their job, to confirm my order. I said politely "I'm sorry that's not what I ordered, the picture on the menu shows it with creamer ( flavored creamer maybe?) She then proceeded to get loud, had a nasty attitude, and when she corrected my drink, I went to sit down to eat, and she started complaining loudly to another guest about how I ordered a black iced coffee and I didn't tell her I wanted flavor in it. I find this to be inappropriate customer service, and a very negative attitude. At no time did I treat her badly, and at the end she kept complaining so I advised her that it is her job to ask, to confirm and if either one of us is incorrect, to be polite and courteous about it. In the very end, she would not stop yelling about it and I did tell her to shut up . All in all, her attitude and poor treatment of me actually caused my attitude. 0/10 for this visit, I won't be returning...
