Coronado Motel — Hotel in Long Beach

Honestly the rooms have been remodeled and they are nice looking but my stay here has been lack luster. The first time I came here I was impressed. The room was nice even though my shower had not been cleaned, customer service was good and the non smoking room was really non smoking. This time not so much. My sheets were dirty with some type of green candy, I did not have internet and TV for the last night of stay, the first two rooms I was given were non smoking rooms that smelled like smoke, my room I ended up getting didn't have the refrigerator that is supposed to be in all rooms, and a very different element was staying here. The owner gave customer service but not like I would have hoped. She gave me a discount off of my two night stay but I had to go round and round before it was offered. It is a nice place to stay in if u are in a push but truth be told the prices they charge for these rooms are way to high for...

I stayed at this hotel before it was just remodeled it had full kitchen w stove fridge table 2sinks OK owner then were really sweet caring accommodating kept my bags for free stil had them when ibwent back 2 weeks later to retrieve them it took that long get apt here LB CA is so unethical unsanitary cs needs to do something how States treat pit of towners tourist catakw advantage of tourist that's wrong u not getting any where BT scare tourist away. This motel had prooved me wrong they made me happy with hospitality friendly awesome peoe. Now it's HDTV renovated very upscale great cable channels lots outlets plug charge devices. Desk chair to do business homework daily planning cokege fast-food cleaners auto coffee laundry gas locally New7-11 across St open soon. we got a motel voucher and this is what we got. the rooms are filthy. the moment we walked in a roach greeted us at the door. the blanket they gave us we didn’t even feel comfortable sleeping with because it had giant holes in it. everything is far apart from each other here if you want to go to the grocery store you have to walk 30 minutes there and back. the windows are ridiculous. people knock on the doors at night or will try to get in at around 3am. i have called the police multiple times and they still try to knock or bang on our door. this room has genuinely made us sick from how unkept the rooms are. the shower is dirty the tv doesn’t work this place is not kid friendly if anything i consider this place extremely unsafe even for adults and i strongly advise that you do not come here if you are...
