Taco Bell — Restaurant in Simi Valley

This store has a very good crew in there now . you order you can hear on the speaker both ways pretty good .. And that is a major deal . The order speaker the actual electric speaker must be clear and both parties must be able to understand each other 99% of drive thru here are extremely poor and half of those are poorly maintained. It's a big deal no good communication I'm not ever going to that restaurant. In the past before the major remodel people were getting some sorts of food poisoning not Everytime but enough we all stopped going to get food at this particular place. After the new Grand opening we all waited a year and a half . Currently it's a good restaurant good service good food and a staff that knows what they are doing ! Hopefully they are rewarded properly for this service because if not you will go backwards . Reward all good crews they are making us return for more food . Because I know it's going to be good food properly prepared no old spoiled crumbs getting into ones food. good people that go out of there way for costomer service ! Thus far I like this Taco...

My wife and I decided to order take by using the drive thru option. The attendant greeted us with a " hi " only and we thought it was very odd, we proceeded to order a 12 pack of crunchy tacos and the response was " is that all " , it felt as if he wasn't interested in being helpfull in any way , I asked for 12 packs of hot and 12 packs of fire sauce and his responce was " is your order correct on the screen " we pulled up to the window and without any greeting took my debit card and immediately handed me our order and then returned my card. We got home within 5 minutes since we live behind this location and and when I opened the box there was a lot more salsa packages than 24 in fact after counting there was a total of 40, our biggest disappointment was to discover that the taco shells tasted old and instead of them being crunchy they were chewy meaning they were not fresh as well as very poorly served !!! It is still possible to get a cheap meal with taco bell but now it has to be done with the app. in the store its near impossible. That being said one issue that seems to crop up a lot at this location is a lack or attention to detail. I am severely allergic to tomatoes. I will go into anaphylactic shock if I eat one. The employees don't know what that is and I've found I have to check my food before driving away because 1 out of 3 times my food was made wrong.

For most people if their food is wrong it makes them not like it but for me it can be very dangerous as I will start choking and wont be able to swallow if i eat one. After this happened the 2nd time on the same order I told the employee why what they did was so dangerous and they had no idea of what I was talking about. It wasn't till I mentioned a epinephrine pen that they sort of understood.
