I was lucky to find this place as the first few places I looked were all booked up. I needed a last minute hydration before vacation and when I saw they had an opening I booked it. They were so great to work with, very professional, and client focused! When I misbooked the time slot, I called to have it fixed. Cassandra the owner returned my call very quickly and was super happy to fix my appointment times for me. She also checked in to see how I felt and made sure everything went ok.

When I got there the next day I was greeted by Amy who was doing my infusion. She was very polite, professional, and knew what she was doing. She was easy to talk to, kept me informed of the process and what she was doing throughout the infusion. She checked on me frequently and made sure I was doing ok. She practiced great infection prevention and was very aware of what she was doing. Amy was amazing and made the whole experience great.

The place was a great setup, they had warm blankets, snacks and water if you needed or wanted. The lights were dimmed, and they had lavender essential oils diffusing. It was very relaxing and much nicer compared to the bigger places that are all hustle and bustle. They keep it to patients max at a time, I was the only one which I appreciated.

Overall I will definitely be going back here. As someone who has had many infusions and has gone regularly to places this was a great change of pace. I highly recommend them if your looking for a place to get an infusion. Also if your not sure what one you need or want, they will take the time to go over what they offer and...

There are a few IV drip bars in Greenville, but nothing that primarily focuses on pure hydration and overall wellness. There seems to be a congestion of IV drip bars and cosmetic spas that go in hand. But, Cassandra Smith’s primary goal is to focus on wellness and wholeness of what an IV drip bar should mainly be.

Her customer service is second to none! She is there with the pure motive to help and serve her patients. She has made my last two visits swift and easy. She is very patient with her clients and is ready to answer any questions or doubts that one may have.

Both the environment, and the team at Liquid Soul are what make the experience! I scheduled my drip with Amy for early morning. When I arrived, Amy was ready for me with snacks, warm blankets, and plenty of laughs (not to mention the most painless stick I've ever received). By the time my drip finished, I had the pleasure of meeting Cassandra as well. Both of these ladies were welcoming, professional, and patient in explaining the benefits of the various additives and solutions. I left feeling incredible and look forward to seeing...
