Chang An — Restaurant in Simpsonville

First time and woman at front was not very pleasant. Ordered pepper steak and onions and also ordered bourbon chicken . Pepper steak was spongy and fatty . Bourbon chicken was all fatty . When asked about the chicken we were told it was chicken and why is it fatty like pork bites. The sauces were very plain and no flavor. When asking if it was bourbon chicken or pork she got mad ! Asked for a refund and she said since I hate most of the vegetables on pepper steak I couldn’t have refund . She gave refund for bourbon chicken. Everything went in the trash a waste of $27.00 for 2 meals and 2 drinks . Didn’t take pictures due to just wanted to get out of the restaurant. They have one table inside and we ate inside very dirty ceilings and vents ....

Not one to complain. Today I wanted to keep it between the restaurant and I that my last few meals were off. I did a FYI phone call to let them know. I was spoken to with disregard, and then dismissed period. I will be looking for another Chineese restaurant. So disrespectful. I tried. No more of my coins, or dollars. Bad customer service they sent me out with someone else is food i paid for someone else food i called when i got home they told me they coukdnt pick it up and deliver the rite food told me i had to come back to switch it to my food then woukd not refund me after i brought the wrong food back to them i dont want to do bussniess with this place no more if u do i would be very careful with them this will be the last time i visit this chineese resturant there are just more prof options out there in simpsonville esp people that care about there bussniess and...
