Just as Farrow and Ball truly is a different brand of paint, working with Thomas Mach is a different brand of customer service. Thomas was friendly, personable, passionate and walked me through my first time painting with Farrow and Ball from start to finish. I am renovating an old home and while my husband wanted to "color match" Farrow and Ball, I did a lot of research and knew the only true choice to get the perfect look I was going for was to spend the extra money on Farrow and Ball. When purchasing luxury paint, you want luxury service and that's exactly what Thomas provided! Friendly phone calls, helpful guides and emails, text messages to check in, and swift 2 day delivery of paint!!! I ended up getting 2 cans that exploded and he is coming to pick them up so I can return them....because that's the kind of person he is. There is no person I would rather talk to about home renovation, painting and design than Thomas. In a world of pushy salespeople and screwy contractors, Thomas is a true gem and I value the service he provided, and will always remember him for any future projects. Not to mention, the paint looks EXTRAORDINARY!!!!!!! The colors are astounding and the quality took my home from an old 80s fixer upper with many imperfections to looking brand new. Even my husband who fought me on the color matching was SO PLEASED!!! He finally understood why I made the choice to go with F&B, and we are both so glad we did.

PS I ran out of paint and time and had to make a quick decision to color match for a TINY bathroom - LOL the color wasn't even close and the quality wasn't either. FARROW AND BALL...

Thomas Mach Interiors did a fantastic job completely transforming my 15 year old dated kitchen into a dream kitchen. They are a wonderful team to work with and very attentive to my requests. Not only did they paint my cabinets and interior walls, but they worked to renovate the entire kitchen with an extended island, removal of a microwave over the cooktop to a new hood and microwave placed in the island. They removed a desk that and put in a wine bar, all new appliances, countertops, back splash, lighting, large fire clay sink, faucet, and hardware. Denise Edelman was the project manager and did most of the heavy lifting with much coordinating and sending me many selections. She was so easy to work. They had a great vision and totally transformed my kitchen. The few new cabinets that they built had to be custom made to match the existing and their GC, David Sciascia from Elite Interiors was excellent and meticulous. Every time I have worked with Thomas and the entire team at Thomas Mach Interiors, I have had an outstanding experience. This weekend Thomas personally came to the rescue when I was in the middle of painting my bedroom and needed another gallon of paint. When I realized my schedule would have me getting there very late, he processed my order over the phone and partnered with me to find a way for me to pick it up after hours.
