I don't know what is going on at this office. Jessica, the office manager, is clearly in over her head. Once again, the staff ignored the prescription refill request. It was made on 3/15/24. On 3/22/24, I followed up with a message. No return contact. This is an ongoing problem. I have had to contact patientrelations@uchc.edu previously. I am now many days without prescribed as directed medication that helps me continue to work while fighting a bad medical condition. I feel like I need to start all over again with a different group. I hope they looked at my condition better than they manage an office or hire help. If not, then I will be in trouble. I have lost all confidence. Edit: shortly after writing this review, I drove to the office and demanded they do their jobs and explained what medical malpractice is. They threatened to call the police. I said please do. Then their attitudes suddenly changed when they realized they were in the wrong. They were found by UCONN to be in the wrong. Because of UCONN, I have no fight left in me...

The doctor here misdiagnosed me first. Then I was told my next step is to meet with another type of service. That I needed to. UCONN did not and refuses to code the service correctly. I now have an almost 300 bill that does not even apply to my deductible. I did not not need to go to this service either. It was very unhelpful. I will never use UConn health anything ever again. They are all about making money off of people who get a disease they couldn’t prevent. It’s disgusting and immoral. I had a great experience with this office and their staff on my first day meeting my doctor and the staff was amazing how they listen and was soo concerned to find out the actual cause and root of the problem so they can fix everything truly an amazing staff very kind and moves smoothly and yes i understand they book far out sometimes but to me it was worth it we can’t do anything we can’t control which is appts being booked they do have other patients which is understandable but I am glad I kept my appt 😊✅...
