I had lost a diamond stud earring. Was wondering what to do ? Dwight, Tasha, and Jeff, gave me VIP service from the minute my husband and I walked in the door of Greenberg's. Till the minute we left. When we did leave I left with a brand new set. They worked out a payment plan with us. Even gave us a soda while we were waiting to get everything finalized. And they gave me money off on my remaining earring. Then customer service beyond that. My husband found my missing earring on the bathroom floor this morning. We went back to Greenberg's and they gave us credit on that one too. Greenberg's is the only jewelry store that sells Hearts On Fire diamonds. My last set I got were in 1999. I don't think there is another diamond that sparkles like Hearts On Fire. And look how long my last set lasted. The diamonds were perfect, it was the back I lost. The relationship we have with Greenberg's goes way back when my dad bought his watches from the downtown on 4th Street, with the wood floors. We have bought jewelry there ever since. I would like to thank Greenberg's for all they did to help me get my beautiful earrings. My husband and I are celebrating our 50th anniversary this year. So these earrings are an extra special gift from my husband, Darrell. It is rare to get a VIP service these days, anywhere you go, but you get it at Greenberg's. 5 âââââGod bless you and your employees. Chris and Darrell Lowe...
Read moreI am so grateful for the day I decided to walk into Greenbergâs Jewelry in Sioux City, Iowa, and was waited on by Bradley. I wanted a new wedding ring and Bradley was so patient with me and also very knowledgeable. He not only took the time to teach me all about the 4 Câs of diamond shopping but also showed me totally different styles of rings than I initially thought I wanted. He understood my budget and helped me find âthe ringâ within that budget. I never once felt pressured to buy. Not only did he help me find a gorgeous ring that I am so happy with, but he went out of his way to get the ring resized and personally delivered it to me during the time of the store closures because of the virus scare. He knew it was my husbandâs and my Engagement Anniversary and he wanted us to have the ring for our sentimental day. What really impressed me was that he took this kindness even one step further with a surprised gift of a bottle of champagne to help us celebrate. Who goes out of their way that much anymore? Bradley did, and even though he doesnât know it, he left me with grateful tears. Bradley, you were not only a gift to me, but also a very valuable employee to Greenbergâs. Thank you so much for all you did for us....
Read moreThereâs a reason this is the only jewelry store I go to. A business where the quality of their products is only outmatched by the quality of their culture and employees. I recently called in looking for a specific ring from years ago for my wifeâs birthday and, unfortunately, they no longer produced it. Dwight took it upon himself to call surrounding stores and even called Hearts on Fire themselves to attempt to find it for me while keeping me informed along the way. They go way above and beyond. When it was determined it couldnât be found, he took the time to make sure I found something my wife appreciates even more so. Also, he never pressures me into anything. They have an amazing new store that blows me away each time I visit now too but itâs their employees and attention to detail that make them the best. Their employees remember my family and details about things we discussed months or even years ago. Itâs because they care. Yes, theyâre there to make a profit - all businesses are. This is one of those rare ones where the customer is equally as important. Thank you...
