QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Sioux City

Wife and I pulled up to the store about 10:50 this morning. We noticed a customer trying to get in she knocked on the window there were employees inside but the door was locked and she left. Wife and I decided to park the car and get out and see for ourselves it was very cold and yes the door was locked there was no notice the only sign in the door said we opened at 10:30 once again it's almost 11:00. As we were pulling away I noticed other customers trying to get in the door too most likely to spend some money but that wasn't happening. So I called them to my surprise someone did answer the phone. I asked why weren't you open it's almost 11:00 the guy on the phone said they're running late due to a big catering job. We love Qdoba! It's one of our favorite places to eat. They have the BEST queso there. They also have fresh, raw jalepenos for a topping and that's one of my personal faves. We prefer Qdoba over Chipotle by a long shot. We just like the food and atmosphere better. Also you can add guacamole to your food without an extra fee. You also can get pretty good rewards with Qdoba's app. Just yesterday, we had saved enough points that we were able to get two entrees completely free. My husband got a huge burrito for free and I got the three cheese nachos for free. The portions are humongous and my husband (a big eater) downed his and I had half of mine leftover. I just left qdoba very upset and no longer hungry from how the person who served me treated me. I go all the time and never get treated in that manner until today. I came in excited and left unwelcomed and grossed out because of a probably teenager( glasses, redish brown hair) was so sassy and rude. It’s just weird to treat costumers like that, especially if the customer is nice and is just trying to get food and she literally kinda tossed/flicked my food across the counter and I don’t know it was just weird and made me feel the worst and I’m literally never the one to leave reviews on places but I want to call from how upset I am but I don’t know it just sucks because I love qdoba and now it gives me an ick and no not from the food but how I was treated.
