UPDATE 11/14/23:
If you want your brutally honest complaints over your bad experiences dismissed, then this is the place for you!
I have been going to Chick-fil-A for years since I was a kid during the 90s, and they usually have great food and service. But nowadays, under this ownership for decades, this all seems to have gone away.
Last night around 9:10 PM after I was done with my shift at some hardware store 7-10 minutes away, I came here to get a 12-count chicken nuggets meal with waffle fries and lemonade and peppermint chip milkshake. As I pulled up to the window to receive my order, I noticed them putting condiments that I clearly did not have in my order into the bag. After leaving, I checked the bag and noticed that they gave me absolutely NO STRAWS! Seriously?! I didn't bother going back since the drive-thru was backed up and the dining room was closed. As soon as I got home after eating the chicken and fries, I ended up with the reusable straw for my lemonade and spoon for my milkshake to compensate for what they forgot to give me. I tried calling the restaurant about the issue, there was nobody available to answer the phone, which I left a voicemail that eventually cut off before I was able to finish in detail about what happened. Then I went on to the website to submit a complaint about this particular experience and have always been expecting better.
I have had a few bad experiences at this location in the past few years on occasion, but now it has started to get worse. Wait times are longer and now they have employees who can't get some people's orders right or delivered in a timely manner. One time in the past couple of months when I was doing a curbside order and called about my order taking longer than promised and that it said it would be delivered but not pronto, the manager on duty I spoke to was extremely rude and nasty. Now after this recent bad experience for forgetting to give me some necessary utensils, I finally received an unprofessional response from the owner, and I am not satisfied with his response. I wonder if he has done the same to many other dissatisfied customers.
I will not be returning after receiving a rude response from the owner. This Chick-fil-A needs new management and corporate needs to step in and review these particular stores over how they handle customers' concerns. I have worked in places that deal with customers for 10+ years and have never received the most unprofessional response like this in my life. If they can't learn from their mistakes over customers' orders not meeting their expectations, they need to go find a different job or at least get...

Update on 8/28/2021- Downgraded from 5 stars to 3 due to some recent visits. While the store still has the same general friendliness, I order through drive through, and they have workers outside that take your order. They are taking them quite a distance from the menu board, and when asked for a menu, they didn't have one. As I don't eat out very often at fast food (6-7 times a year), I don't have their menu memorized, and had to speculate on what to order. The order taker did their best, and was friendly, but would be nice to have a menu to order from, even if its a paper handout or something that showed what was available.
Also, on the last visit, they had two employees standing outside the drive through window that were handing out orders to cars. One of these employees were very friendly- the other didn't seem to care for their job. Had to wait some time for my order (spicy chicken sandwich, peach shake, and a waffle fry), and they handed out plenty of cars behind me while I waited. Eventually, after 5 minutes, the not-so-friendly employee abruptly asked me to pull forward to the stop sign in a less than friendly matter, as if I was...
Read moreQuick service, food was fresh. I did have a large brown spot in my chicken sandwich today. We brought it to their attention, and they quickly made a fresh one for me. The woman who helped us was very apologetic. She then even came over after the replacement sandwich was brought out. She explained that she showed the kitchen staff and they said it was a large blood spot. Not "abnormal", but it shouldn't be eaten. I ensured her it was okay, they couldn't really have prevented it, but she still have us a card for a free entree for the future. Overall, nothing that could have been improved.
I have noticed in the last couple days that curbside pickup is no longer an option. It doesn't say anywhere that they are no longer offering it, so I don't know if this is the case or if there's something wrong with the app. The signs are still in the parking lot for curbside spots. It would nice if this could be...
