As formal assistant manager , I have been told that I supposedly did a “no call no show” when yet I texted miss Kim and told her I was leaving. I also heard that the store manger Kim Owen and assistant manger Michelle Kimber were saying more mean things and yes I did make mistakes on deposits but I finally learned how to do it correctly by the amazing district manager. Let me just say Michelle will get mad and talk mad crap about anyone who walked in and didn’t buy Anything or just didn’t answer her when she asked they were doing she is not a good customer service person. To surprise that Kim Owen has been talking negatively about me when yet she had told me she was not happy with Michelle and that Michelle made her pissed off. And again Michelle also talked mad crap about Kim every once and awhile. I don’t know if it’s because I am young that I was blinded sided to hear that these mangers are talking to GUESTS about me and having to hear it and be in shock but don’t ever walk in there and apply for a job with them when or even shop when they will judge or just say you don’t...

Please STOP requiring your customers to wear face masks while doing business in your store. Those mandates do NOT lend you customers, and it is nothing but political propaganda. It violates people’s personal rights and shows that don’t care to see people smile. Those masks are NOT about health and safety, they’re all about control.

If I were a business owner and required people to wear masks, I would go out of business and be flooded with overwhelmingly negative reviews. I hope Sioux City Hottopic reads this for the past 4 months I would enter my “favorite “ store & I would get really bad vibes & faces from the employees & the manager himself. I would enter with a smile on my face & the staff would not acknowledge or ask if I need any help but when other customers would enter they would give them kind customer service. I feel extremely discriminated when I come here to the point I only shop online for my Sailor Moon or Harry Potter Merchandise.
