My daughter, who is only 14, went in to get a t-shirt and sweatshirt. She approved the design and they started making it before she was able to ask for the price. She told them she couldn’t afford both. She was told you must buy it now. You don’t have to get the t-shirt but we started the sweatshirt so you must pay. The clerk told her she had to pay or she couldn’t leave. She was charged $60 for a sweatshirt. She was scared and left the store to call me crying and scared. I went back in and tried to talk to the man working there. He gave me many reasons why he was correct. He told me he was going to call mall security.
