Food is always good. Customer service could use some TLC these days. 3 stars for service but I’ll say 4 stars because I do love the food, I’ve had mostly good experiences here, maybe just a rough day. Next time if I go there and the customer experience is the same, I will drop this review to 3 stars.

I used to go here a lot with an old coworker before he moved away because we love the “Famous Phillys” but the wife doesn’t care for it so I don’t frequent as often as I used to.

The workers were not friendly and really gave the impression that they didn’t want to be there. The two guys working were kinda quiet and left us wondering if and when they were ready for us to order. Made it a little awkward. A little “I’ll be right with you” while you clean the grill would go a long way instead of leaving us completely unaddressed. There was a woman that came up from the back, she was very short with her questions/responses and came off very rude.

In the end, they did make some great food and everything was correct.

update: after reading some of the other reviews, I decided to downgrade to 3 stars. My bad customer experience was not a one off apparently and the rude woman I described was perfectly described in other reviews.

I always get the Philly with everything. If you ask them to “fireball it” they hose your meat down with jalapeño juice while they cook it to give it some extra flavor and a bit of a kick. Top that off with whatever topping you like and the cayenne pepper sauce if you like spicy food. They used to have the hot sauce at the counter but all I found there was BBQ sauce but they did give me some in a little plastic container upon request. For me, the sauce really makes the Philly and brings it all together.

Overall, still love the Philly here… hope to have a better customer experience next time but based on other reviews, I won’t...

Ive got hosently say this place use to be grate before covid since then your employes are very rude Theres a girl there with tatoo think she owns the place I came to find out from my daughter she was very rude to my daughter when her brother took her out she was visting us from sioux falls This just wrong u as an employe got know right to treat my kids with discrescept or anyone that u serve as a costumer this my first time with this pearson she did it mulityp times I pay good money here if im going pay 10 for a sandwich i want else pepers onions on my sandwich this crazy u tell me you can only put a tiny bite on there and not a lot I dont belive your manger would agree with u When i came in again i asked for the same thing but i would pay extra i told another girl You wear rude to hear maybe thats why so many people are quiet cause that one pearson her attitude stinks She not nice to anyone This use to be a frieandly reasturant what happen To all the nice employes this girl needs to be stop i wished i got her name Im sorry i didnt But the one thing is i cant still belive she works there this a sad thing you want keep your cousterms comeing back fix the problem The girl tatoo says Steve i think some...

At time of service there were myself and 1 patron ahead of me. We both which ordered fries; which were understandably not ready due to after lunch rush. So they said they would bring them out when they are done. The guy ahead of me receive his, and patiently waited for mine as people trickled in, not even close to a line. After which I approached the counter and politely said that I may have been forgotten for my dry order to which they walked over saw there were no fries again, and asked whether I still wanted them or a 5$ coupon; to which I replied 5$ coupon. After 5 or so minutes of bumbling around not finding coupons I said forget it. I sat in the seating area writing this comment and never once approached. After minor “rush,” all employees retreated back of house. I didn’t ask for much, was polite, and problem wasn’t solved. Big picture yes this is fast food, but this requires so little effort to resolve and dismissed. Visit time...
